A representative of Kielo is shown in the photo above. We use no molds for our figures. We handsculpt each face, one at a time, which means each face is slightly different and will not look exactly like the face in the photo. This is what makes each handmade doll unique.
Kielo comes with a solid pine seat.

Welcome Spring!
That’s all that Kielo can think of, as she packs her picnic bag with blueberry jam, a flask of spring water, and a freshly made loaf of bread. Kielo lives only a couple of kilometers from the sea. The softening breezes and warmer skies are beckoning her to the shore. What a wonderful day for a walk!
Kielo is 9" inches tall, from the bottom of her boots to the top of her head (not her hat!). She is wearing a cotton skirt, with handstitched patches. She has cotton velveteen leggings, and an organic colorgrown cotton shirt, woven in a delicate, intricate pattern. Colorgrown cotton grows in this beautiful shade naturally! Around her neck is a silver metal drop. Kielo's hat is made from a woven material of hemp, linen, ramie and organic cotton and her woven shawl is cotton/linen. Her boots are ultrasuede, now partially made with plant material. From one arm hangs her bag (organic woven colorgrown cotton) which is embellished with a small metal bird, and filled with her picnic goodies!
We hand sculpt Kielo's face using bamboo felt over clay. Her amber eyes are handblown/handpainted German glass. Her hair is made from natural flax fiber. She is stuffed with a combination of recycled glass pellets and organic cotton stuffing. She comes with a solid pine seat. Her arms are wired. All of our dolls are 100% vegan.
